Who we are

This notice covers getrevenue.tech and the conversations that start from it. The controller of your personal data — the business responsible for it — is Vedic Technologies, trading as GetRevenue, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

For anything about your data, email hello@getrevenue.tech. A person reads every message.

We’re based outside the UK and the EU and have not appointed a representative there. You can reach us directly at the address above about anything to do with your data.

What we collect

Only what we need to talk to you and to run the site. It comes from four places.

When you book a call

If you book through the calendar on our booking page, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you pick, plus anything you choose to tell us in the booking form, such as your company and what you’d like to discuss. We receive the same details, and our email provider creates the calendar invite and video-call link.

When you email us

Your email address, your message, and anything in your signature or attachments.

When you visit the site

Like any website, ours is delivered by servers that see your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked to it and the time. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, processes these technical logs to deliver pages and block abuse. We don’t use them to build a profile of you.

If we contact you first

Business contact details: your name, job title, work email, company and public professional information such as your LinkedIn profile. See Business outreach for where these come from.

We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health details or political opinions, and this site isn’t meant for children.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and uses no tracking pixels. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to a font or ad network.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks. It isn’t used to track you.

To see which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, doesn’t build a profile of you and doesn’t follow you to other sites. We see totals, such as page views and referring sites, not individual visitors.

The booking calendar is the one exception. It loads only when you ask for it on our booking page. It then comes from Calendly’s servers, and Calendly may set its own cookies, including for its own analytics. Those are covered by Calendly’s privacy notice. If you’d rather avoid them, email hello@getrevenue.tech to book instead.

International transfers

We’re based in India, so when you contact us your information is handled from India. Our providers operate in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere.

When personal data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area for a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on a recognised safeguard for the transfer, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum, or the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us and we’ll tell you which safeguard applies to which provider.

How long we keep it

No longer than we need it. In practice:

Booking details and emails
While we’re talking, then for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we have the context if you come back. Then we delete them.
If you become a client
For the length of the engagement, then for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep contracts and invoices.
Technical logs
Kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its own retention rules.
Outreach data
While it’s relevant to our outreach, then deleted. If you opt out, we keep only your email address and company domain on a suppression list — the only reliable way to make sure we don’t contact you again.

Your rights

If you’re in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR give you the right to:

  • AccessGet a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • CorrectionHave anything inaccurate or incomplete put right.
  • DeletionAsk us to erase your data.
  • RestrictionAsk us to limit how we use it while a concern is resolved.
  • ObjectionObject to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interests — and to direct marketing at any time, without giving a reason.
  • PortabilityReceive data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.

How to make a request

Email hello@getrevenue.tech with “Privacy request” in the subject line. It’s free. We’ll reply within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first so we don’t hand your data to someone else.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EU, the authority in your country. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first. Wherever you are, you can write to us with any question about your data.

Business outreach

Outbound is our business, and we practise it ourselves. We may email or message business professionals — usually founders and revenue, growth and RevOps leaders — about services relevant to their role, under our legitimate interests.

We find work contact details from public professional sources, such as company websites and LinkedIn, and from B2B data providers. If you’d like to know where we got yours, ask and we’ll tell you.

To opt out, reply to any message — “no thanks” is enough. We’ll stop and add you to our suppression list, so you don’t hear from us again.
